Event Rules

Safety:

The event equipment, venue and other aspects much be planned that they are as safely as possible for competitors, officials and spectators. If needed to secure the safety, event spotters must be used.
The events must be tested properly before the actual event to avaid injuries or other problems for the competitors/competition. Slippery ground, sharp edges , tresholds and other dangers must be eliminated.
In throwing, loading etc. events needed safety areas must be secured far enough that in any circumstances audience is in no danger infront of moving/flying objects.

Equality:
The events must be planned the way they are as equel as possible to every competitor. If two or more competitors are doing the event at the same time, the objects must be similar in shape, size and weight along with the material, grip etc.

Time limits, and time keeping:
The maximum time limit to perform the event is 90 seconds for the events, where the fastest time is the key to select the winner. In the events, where reps in certain time will be counted the choices are 60, 75 or 90 seconds. In all time-framed events the time announced is the limit and performances beyond the limit are not counted - even they have started before the limit.
In Championships level contest back-up time-keeping is required for every performance.

Measurements:
The weights must be scaled with proper scales and if more than one similar objects are used they must be checked with the same scale. 
In maximum distance events the measurement must be taken from the closest point seeing from the start or turning point.

Other rules:
In the events, where the handle is used (farmers walk, hercules hold, wheelbarrow etc.) the handle diameter must be in a range between 20mm-35mm. In thick bar events like axle deadlift or overhead lift original Ironmind© Apollon´s Axle must be used.
The points for the compatition must be counted by the system where the event winner gets 1 point, #2 gets two points and who has the least points in the end will be the overall winner. In the event of tie the points are tied equally, too.
